• Added costs information on the WO export file (use case: costs for a certain FL - filter WO for that FL - export - has costs columns for analysis). • Check formatting at the bottom of /display/wo for a WO created from a CL issue that is now closed. • Solved that a WO that has been closed still shows the field to add a checklist. • Solved the issue of then closed work orders have absolutely nothing on the deadline and files tabs. • Allow upload of webp files. • Add image viewer for files that are on the FL details page. • Add image viewer for files that are on the equipment details page. • Solved .docx images do not show on mobile. • Solved “On the work order list, if a work order is not assigned to a lv0 (but is assigned to plant) it will show "FL not defined". Also fixed the viewer link builder that was not working in some occasions. • Solved issue that caused pdf files to not be uploaded on work orders in some cases. • Cancel of an equipment edit reverts back to when you clicked the edit button. • Added “.cloud” tld to domains on the http parser that automatically creates a link for those cases as that was required by some users. • Improved the image deletion process on the equipment details page. • Improved the image deletion process on the FL details page. • Solved the issue of when we get an error searching for a checklist by name. • Improved the process of linking an image to a new equipment (this was not user visible). • Solved issue that caused some strings with units to be parsed as link • Fixed issue of when I click on the text field for the container ID, the radio button jumps not to the "Specific container contents" option but to the one above that. • Improve the design of “no results” link on all search consoles. • Improved the design of the “Can close” WO confirmation page. • Added the ability to close a WO directly from the confirmation page after a WO has been completed (observed user permissions to allow that to happen). • Added the ability to change the name of a user group name on the edit pages. • Added the property per user to keep them from showing as potential assignees on work orders. • Several improvements on the server to increase speed. • Tweaks on the overall design of all modules, mostly on the search consoles.

I may be missing something (permissions?) but it looks like that when we close a job plan, there is nothing else I can do with it other than viewing. Is this the intention, should the user be allowed to re open a job plan? maybe I'm missing a setting or something

we have a potential application where we could make use of an automatic update of the FL counter through the API and thus create work order triggered by the counter. Now we have to do it manually. Does the API allow for automatic update of the FL counter from an external device? I can't see it anywhere but I think this is an useful thing? thank you

On mobile, for me, the natural movement when you finish a chat is to go back (press back on the mobile). That takes me to the previous page, not to the contacts/ groups. To do that I need to click the icon with the man chest. For me it would be much better if there was a back button - like a single left pointing chevron. I think that woould be better. Sorry so many things, really power user of the system!

I can see the note on the CL tab, but it is really helpful to be able to do the linking after the work order exists. There are many, many times I forget to add a CL and then I have to do it again and disable the work request I just did, it is a waste of time.

This feature doesn't work on the mobile version, only on the webapp as drag and drop doesn't work on the mobile app. This needs to be corrected.

The only way to add documents to functional locations is by dragging and dropping the doc on the edit page. This dragging and dropping doesn't work on mobile, a button that will point to the device built-in file browser should be implemented.
